At Ellington Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium writing instrument. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Place the pen in its original luxury presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
