What materials are used in Ellington Pens?
Each Ellington pen is crafted from premium materials including aircraft-grade aluminum, high-gloss lacquers, and hand-polished stainless steel or 18k gold-plated nibs.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do your pens come with a warranty?
Yes, all Ellington Pens are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand by the longevity and quality of our writing instruments.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all luxury packaging and certificates of authenticity.
Which ink refills are compatible with my pen?
Our fountain pens are compatible with international standard cartridges and converters. Our rollerball and ballpoint models use standard G2 style refills, available on our site and most stationery retailers.
Can I customize or engrave my pen?
We currently offer precision laser engraving on select models. Look for the 'Personalize' button on the product page to add a name, date, or initials to your order.
